Ive done three classes here this week - they are invariably amazing, feel like a proper workout. Would recommend the Sunday night vinyasa followed by yin yoga as the perfect end to the week

Too commercial for my taste, teacher doesnt care about students, nor does much to get them into right positions. Could have played an audio recording and would be same experience Place has way more students than it can fit. Probably because they open in every location, so students go there. I saw everyone including me were cramped to even spread the hand while doing exercise. Would not recommend.

Good teachers but the quality of classes has gone downhill. More students packed into a tiny space (constantly bumping into one another), and yoga mats stink from never being professional cleaned (I ended up buying my own).

The Aldgate studio is a lovely space. Ive only ever come across amazing teachers that offer a wide variety of styles. Kim on Sunday evening creates a beautiful atmosphere with her unique style if teaching.
