Sunnah is a fantastic Yoga teacher and human being. Extremely warm, experienced and knowledgable - she really goes out of her way to help her students. I took Sunnah's foundations of yoga course and it really helped me to strengthen my practice and has given me the confidence to pursue further in Yoga. I would highly recommend Sunnah teachings.

Great yoga classes both pre and post natal and general ones too. Sunnah creates a very warm and welcoming space and I remember her lovely hot herbal tea too as a lovely touch on those cold winter days. The yoga was for all levels and she was great at making adaptations to deal with any ailments.

I did pregnancy yoga with Sunnah during both of my pregnancies and also attended one of her retreats. They were all amazing! Sunnah is so calming and thoughtful in her practice and created a welcoming environment where I always felt comfortable. Id highly recommend her as a yoga teacher

I have loads of physical issues which interfere with my yoga efforts but Sunnah takes the time to make sure that I get the best possible outcome. She is always calm & encouraging & I urge anyway anxious about going to yoga to try one of Sunnahs classes
