Bought a spoiler off them had a dent in it tried speaking to them 3 times to sort it out to ring me back they never did wouldnt recommend

Called up for advice about my car. They didn't have the part in stock but they pointed me in the right direction and offered me advice.

Fast and prompt service. Had 2 back boxes removed, was straight forward and simple. Called up last minute and they was able to fit me in just before the end of the day.

I had my exhaust tips replaced and they threw out out my OEM tips on my Porsche 997.2 without even checking with me first. After complaining, they offered to pay towards getting me some more OEM tips but I said to leave it as long as they understood that i wasn't happy. In response Fast Lane said if i ever needed any work, they would look after me. So my rear head light stopped working and i bought a replacement and they quoted 200 minus 80 (looking after me), therefore a cost of 120! If you go on you tube you can see you just need a T25 torx driver and to remove two screws and it slides off. Be very careful dealing with this company, they will try and maximise profit by any means. Life is too short to be dealing with people like this... Service: Exhaust

As you can see by other reviews you phone up and get a quote and then charge you way more when you get to the shop . I got a price for my exhaust over the phone and was told it was a set price, however once I got there and they had already started the job the price then went up . Id also like to mention when I went in the workshop to look at my car , it was not jacked up correctly as one of the lifting pads was not even touching the car . I use car lifts everyday of my life for a job and one of the guys working there tried to tell me it was fine . I then noticed a dent by the seal he then denied and tried to tel me it had multiple dents and that the jacking point arrow was one of them (this man is a mechanic keep in mind ). While waiting for my car I got talking to another customer who had drove 2 hours and had his exhaust done a few days previous at fast lane , the exhaust tip fell off due to a poor weld only 2 days after being fitted , what then upset me was I had the same fabricator so I really hope mine doesnt have the same issue . If my usual exhaust place was open Id definitely not of gone here and will never be returning I was looking at getting chameleon on same day but after prices inflating after being told was fixed I didnt bother as didnt want to be mugged off anymore , this seems to be a common occurrence looking at other reviews Service: Exhaust
