        I ordered a set of affordable plates/bowls. I didnt get an order confirmation so I emailed them and got a very fast reply. Plates arrived two days later. One had a small chip so I emailed them again, another very fast reply and three days later I had my replacement! Brilliant customer service and lovely products!! (4/5 only so you know its a legit review)

        I've had lots of dinner sets and tea sets from here. Great value, unbeatable choice. I get my Christmas dinner ware and table linens from here too. Their customer service is second to none, even helped me source replacement pieces after my children smashed some plates. Highly recommend.

        MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM THIS OUTFIT. BE WARNED THAT IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED THEY ROB YOU OF ANY MONEY DUE BACK. IF THIS HAPPENS THEN TAKE THEM TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU ARE SURE TO WIN. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SEND WHAT YOU ORDER, SOPHIE BROWN ISNT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED AT ALL. THIS COMPANY ROBBED A MATE OF MINE OF 5.00 DESPITE HIM PAYING FOR THE POSTAGE AND YET HE IS STILL AWAITING THE FULL REFUND ASWELL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
