I have been using River Pro Audio for years and am a very loyal customer. Delivery has always been fast and I have never had a problem with them. The negative reviews you see are not fair as these are one off bad experiences which have been out of their control so don't be put off. I will continue buying my supplies from them for years to come. Keep up the good work guys!

If only every business took their role with such professionalism. Having replaced a piece of hardware and had trouble with it, Riverpro jumped in where the manufacturer wouldnt and swapped the item out speedily. Having been a customer for over a decade I have never found fault with the way they try to offer faultless and speedy service. They are knowledgable and responsive in every way

would like to advice people to never use this company they send out dodgy thermal printer that just keeps on printing when you put the label in it it all so print out dull grey instead of black.... i asked to return it and for a refund and instead they say to ebay that we have broken when i have proof i haven't.... am still waiting on a refund but still haven't received it.... i would stay miles away from this company as they don't know how to deal with there client full stop when it comes to people buy stuff off them all they came about is money and thats it

Appalling company. Satisfaction Guaranteed oh yes for them. After being a customer for 15 years they stabbed me in the back due to their lies and deception. I will never use this company again my business has gone elsewhere. Dont believe they care about customers they dont.

Terrible. Simply terrible After refusing to provide samples and continually being fobbed off, I had to fork out to buy a case with very limited infornainfo. I waited a month for an order of digi-pak trays. Not only did the delivery driver not follow the instructions, customer service at RPA refused to make any effort to resolveres issue. they told me to re-order after a refund. I have lost out on business. I feel foolish for investing my time with this lackluster suppier. Do not use.
