They stole our money! Took our deposit and said the person we dealt with had left, unbelievable! Thieves!!!!

3 months out from wedding, very responsive via email and whatsapp, deposit taken. Got in touch to confirm details a few weeks out and radio silence for a week. Week of the wedding still nothing - and notice that Jan Wlodarczyk (owner) has now set up a new website under a different name. What a shame that some people think abuse of trust is a good way to make money. **In reponse to the comment below - I am well aware of that. I have proof of email communication, whatsapp and call history from April. If the case is that this company is now owned by someone else surely there should be a handover of bookings and/or notification to clients. That is just basic business sense.

Jan and Barbie filmed our wedding day in London, Dec 2021. They were so friendly, responsive to our wishes, and professional throughout the planning and the day itself. We spent a lot of the day with them, and they were so lovely and fun it made the day all the more perfect! The finished products were just beautiful, exactly as we'd envisioned. Incredible, particularly as their competitors were charging much more! Would highly recommend. Dom and Tina
