Wing Preservation Ltd

Wing fitted waterproofing throughout our apartment and after several years a leak appeared in a bedroom. They have been trying to fix this leak for six months during which time the bedroom has been unusable. They claimed that the leak was our responsibility although this was never demonstrated. After the first repair we paid them 1,000 as without payment they would not agree to do the work. Since then they have tried to fix it on multiple occasions without success. We are due to fly abroad shortly but with no reply from Wing over the Christmas period we are now forced to cancel our travel plans to prevent widespread flooding when we are away. This is not the service they guaranteed. We are within their 10 year guarantee period but have both paid for a repair that is still not dealt with.
