Deliveries are ridiculous! I wont be spending money in Tesco Any more. I Will go Asda or Sainsbury. What a disgrace! Never coming in time, constantly rescheduling while I have a family to feed Kid waiting hungry. Having take away still Tesco decide to finally shows up with some drivers who have nasty attitudes!

Expecting delivery between 9-10pm. Driver decided to knock off early and brought his last 3 deliveries back to the warehouse. Meanwhile I'm still up at 11pm expecting it as the update told me it was late. Customer service couldn't get through to anyone. Disgraceful. Maybe I should take my P's elsewhere which amounts to over 8000 annually. Now November - same thing happened again. Expecting delivery between 9-10pm. Nothing except delayed messages on the app. Went to bed at 11pm. Driver showed up at 23.10. I mean c'mon. Its a family shop. We all have work the next day and you expect me to wait up and unpack at 23.30 by the time its unloaded. Called customer services . No note as to why delayed. No call back from Enfield again. CS cant get an answer from Enfield. It's a bloody disgrace. Management there should be sacked. I will take my money to Ocado or elsewhere now. Tesco dont value their online customers.

Im a very very unhappy customer. I would rate your service as -5 not 1. My order was supposed to be delivered between 15.00 and 16.00 on the 18/7/22. I received messages stating that my delivery would be delayed until 17.44 and then 17.55. I contacted Tesco on 4 separate occasions and was told the van had broken down and it could take up to 23.00 for my delivery. I didnt get my delivery on the 18/7/22, I havent been contacted by Tesco apart from smss. Ive left numerous messages asking for a manager to call me back. I couldnt check the delivery information on My Orders as it states delivered . Out of the blue a Tesco delivery arrived on 19/7 at 10.45 with no explanation, no apologies, no advanced warning. APPALLING SERVICE. Very unhappy customer
