The service is fantastic, would definitely recommend when you are applying for an emergency passport. The customer service is also amazing, they get back to you ASAP. Everything was done super fast, from booking the passport office appointment, to the collection appointment, and posting all of it back to me. It was done in less than 1 week, for the 1 week premium service.

Can't fault this company. They provided me with clarity and support the whole way through the process, and my passport arrived in less than two weeks, which in the current climate is almost a miracle! With the current state of the passport application process I decided to choose visa world as a last resort and thank God I did they were able to secure me a 1 week fast track appointment within a week of the meeting when I was trying for 2 months with no success they check all your application info to ensure you get your passport as quickly as possible I got mine within 4 days of them attending the appointment saved me a holiday, they're reliable reputable and can't thank them enough
