I have been to Hounslow vfs many times. Not even once I had a good experience. Untrained staffs , very rude , nobody knows what they are ding , they misplace papers , dont know to read documents and they never seem to value our time. Their stupid coin system for printouts, guys you are a disgrace to India. Every time I go for an appointment Im ashamed to be at your office. I was sad to give up my India passport but that was gone as soon as I attended your vfs Center. You really need to start more being human. You guys are pathetic and a shame.

Appointment times are irrelevant - it's first come first served. If you are travelling with kids, make sure you pack snacks and entertainment for a long wait. This isn't an ideal experience. However, I am giving this a 5 star rating due to the encounter we had with one of the staff members there on the 6th of April 2023. His name is Fransisco Fernandez. We found him to be professional, courteous, helpful and went the extra-mile to help us in every way possible. His awareness and knowledge of the system and situation helped us to complete all that we needed. We wouldn't have been able to do it all if it wasn't for his help. Staff members like him are a credit to the organisation and make up for the not so pleasant experience of waiting for long periods of time in an over-crowded room. Parking - please make sure to mark around the back as if you park in the front, you are likely to get fined. There is off-site free parking on the same road if you are willing to walk for a couple of minutes.

Guys, Please check carefully the parking signs. CPM sent me the PCN for parking there, even though I bought the Just park (Parking) ticket.
