        I have changed vets because my previous one was a horrible experience for me and my cat, it was busy, noisy, they took forever too see, a lot past the given appointment time which would distress my cat so much. And the appointment itself would be so quick I wasnt able to ask any questions. Animal ark was so calm and lovely, they immediately told me to take my cat to the downstairs floor which was quiet and peaceful, they saw us exactly on time. The vet himself was also so lovely, spent a good while with my cat, checked him, let him explore and get comfortable and also answered all my questions and made us feel so valued and reassured me of my concerns. I had a very positive experience so I recommend especially as my cat can get quite distressed with vet appointments! Thank you Animal Ark!
