Goddard Veterinary Group West Ham

I was reading through the reviews and I agree with Emma L. The receptionist that AGNE is rude and unprofessional, and I to felt a racial attack. Claire who emailed me clearly supports this act, but it is disgusting service. I will never return there again. If you are of color watch out for these women This is from Emma L in the reviews I have several horrible experiences with them. I try so many times with them, since their location is near to my place. I dont want my cats travel far since the cats dont like being in the car. However I dont know if its racist treatment since Im Asian or my pets appointment isnt important to them. I feel unfair in getting treatment in here. Update - 18-04-2023 Their version of dealing with this issue is emailing me to inform me that they support the actions of the staff member (Agnes/Claire and Caroline). I am truly shocked and disgusted that Goddard has not dealt with this matter with fairness and have denied any wrong doing and that the customer service provided that day was beyond satisfactory.

My dog is super happy so I am happy, too! My questions are always answered in detail. For example, how to travel with my dog into the EU and from the EU back to the UK (which docuements I need and what I have to do) I also ask in each appointment, how his teeth and ears are, and whether he has enough weight. Thanks for the good service!

My fury bundle of joy was seen by Dr. Thomas today. She was absolutley amazing. She was warm and down to earth, putting both my cat and I at ease. Really though, the staff in general is so lovely. I'm really happy with this vet practice and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Always have a great experience at Goddards West Ham. Reception is helpful and friendly. Vet Judy Ann is wonderful. A great vet practice overall!
