        Worst vets. Never have Vets around and our appointments always seem to get cancelled as they never seem to have any vets. My pet was recent taken in as he wasn't well and they didnt even try to calm him down or make him feel relax. All they want is

        Friendly staff, firstly I struggled to get a call back from vets even after leaving messages its a pet emergency, turns out my local branch was closed due to staffing issues! I made 4 visits to alternative branch and only on my last visit and nearly 2000 later i saw a vet who made sense in their approach and treatment, happy to say cat is now doing ok, but what the vet did in the last visit should have been done on the 1st!!!
