I just wanted to thank all the staff for there help with my dog billy for last week and yesterday, Sandra his vet showed so much love towards him and was really professional and caring. Appointments was offered quickly even over a bank holiday weekend at there sister branch. Reception team was very professional would definitely recommend. R.

Generally good care, and Sandra is great, but when my cat went in overnight recently he wasnt given the correct dosage of antibiotics that he had been prescribed, which I left with him. This meant that he had no, or reduced, antibiotic cover for two days. He has not fully recovered yet and I hope it will not affect his recovery, as he has an acute condition and I thought it was important to keep antibiotics in the blood stream for a consistent period of time, and this has not happened. Time will tell. I should say that I have otherwise and previously been happy with the care provided, but I have not had to leave an animal there overnight before.
