Greeted by cheerful reception staff put me at ease,vet then called us in and carried out check and found the injury and dealt with it,vet was very competent and capable in handling Mj and her calm voice and action ensured Mj and myself remained at ease,great service.

My partner went there with the sick dog and turned away saying that we don't have appointments!!! I received a text message and because I was at work I could not call immediately. He couldn't see a vet they didn't even offered and got a new appointment for tomorrow.
When I got informed about around 6 pm I called the vet immediately. The reception put the phone down on me at first, when I called back and she picked up the phone she knew it was me and apologized for the booking and said they offered my partner to stay and wait if it's urgent. But they didn't!!! It's a lie, she also said I can go to the pet hospital if it's that urgent!!!! What kind of service is that!!!!?????? Seriously????
