We were with these vets for over 35 years. Although there was no notification that Mark had sold, we stayed on , that was until we found the service there was more interest in a financial side and pushing unessary medication and incorrect diagnosis; which could have posed a problem for animal insurance. I tried to reason and request an explanation with Woodville who were very rude I felt very uneasy , having spoken to neighbours . Luckily I discovered where the lovely previous vets had moved to. We moved our vet practice, checked our animals did not and do not have heart problems. Imagine had we of stayed and put our animals uneccesary through. I would rather travel to a caring good vets.

Went there just to be told there's no nurses ! With no messages no email telling me that the appointment has been canceled!

I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues. They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect. When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore. I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat. Can't recommend this surgery enough. Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Very jealous my dog seemed to like the vet more than me! She was so lovely.
