Used to be an excellent rental place, but you no longer get cars with full tank. You need to return it at the same level of fuel or more. You don't get credit for adding extra fuel. The fuel guage in the cars doesn't move quickly so you always end up filling extra. Good way to make money off customers. Once I did not refuel and I was charged twice of what I was verbally told would be the charges. It used to be a good rental place but terrible customer service and policies have led me to stop using them and recommend others to be highly careful and/or use an alternative. I much prefer Zipcar now.

Very good quality/prize offer. The cars are in good condition and the staff is very understanding and professional.

Why does this place have 4.2 stars? Needed a van to pick up a new bed, called Kendall and van sorted within a very reasonable time frame. The gentleman I dealt with was funny, polite and courteous, he made the entire process so easy and so simple, clearly explained everything and overall just pleasant to deal with. Forget the likes of Hertz and Enterprise, if you live local, these are the people to go to. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing a van or car. I cannot praise the staff and the place enough, fantastic all round.
