0 star review, scam artist, issues with car, which dealer- Fahim- tried to blame on me, I did an independent RAC report which showed that the faults were not to do with me. I took my car back to him, and after some arguments with me he agreed to refund me. The dealer kept the car but there was no word of my refund and to my horror, no one would take my calls or emails. I had to go through finance company to reclaim all of my money which took time and stress, caused me severe anxiety on what this meant for my credit, but the finance company agreed that the dealership was in the wrong and even rewinded my credit and the Dealership would not even take the finance companies calls or respond to emails. Highly unprofessional, and I see the owner giving his own good google reviews. I now see that car with issues that I returned (KS16RYY), on sale in the dealership for 22000 when I bought it for 18500, this is a warning to people looking to buy from this dealership... do not give yourself the 2 months worth of stress calling from one place to another for the help in obtaining a refund. The dealer, also drove the car after I returned it having not issued me a refund and even got a ticket which was sent to my address. Not a good way to do business.

He's a scam artist , he sells faulty vehicles which are quick fixed and then after selling refuses to answer or co operate , he accepted a refund I purchased an Audi and now he refuses to give the refund or reply , do not go to this dealership if you have any self respect

It's strange that other people have bad reviews for this business. My experience was really great with them Fahim and the lady on reception were very friendly. The car I bought was really great. Although there was small issues like battery and gearbox service not completed after car collection, they replaced the battery for me and done tranission service. They aslo then delivered the car to my door free. I'm really happy and appreciate their help and honesty. Even the car price was reasonable. Thanks a lot and diffently recommended.

0 star. Only thing he is 5 start for being is a conman. If you have any self respect go anywhere but car museuem for your cars. Fahim and zain the two people I dealt with. They Sell faulty cars and scam people. Your better off using public transport then going to these dealers because that's what you would end up doing like me after buying a faulty vehicle and they stop picking up your calls and not being helpful at all. Him then taking my car to further ignore my calls and texts and finance companies calls and emails. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS PROFFESIONAL CON MEN
