AVOID!! Our experience with them has been a catalogue of misrepresentation, broken promises, poor communication and a car that we gave up on and 7 months later, has been sold, limping, still needing the repairs/replacement items that were promised when the car was purchased, but never carried out, at a significant loss.

Avoid at all cost. Sold me a faulty car costing me thousands. Within first few weeks clutch went, a few weeks after exaust fell off, a month later oil problems followed by breaking issues and then finally engine problems. They did fix the clutch initially but after numerous faults that occurred withing the first 4 months I requested a refund on vehicle. Reluctant to even speak to me, Car Piorneers have been extremely unprofessional and refuse to answer my calls or respond to any correspondence. When they do answer my calls, they claim its too late as its been over 6 months which is a lie with receipts of purchase clearly showing otherwise. They continue to claim my issues are a result of wear and tear in the 4 months I've been in possession of vehicle which simply is not true. Everytime I get in contact the 'boss' always appears to be away. Would strongly advise to anyone to avoid this car dealership as the have continously lied throughout the whole process of purchasing the car and have been a nightmare ever since.
