Saw this car on autotrader but was hesitant because it was a 3-door car. However, upon viewing the car I fell in love with the colour and how smooth the ride is. As a first car for a brand new driver, this car seems promising and I am excited to use it. The owner was also lovely and in a generous mood as he agreed to lower the price, and for that I was very grateful. Definitely recommend and this place has high ratings for a reason.

I purchased a red automatic Peugeot 308 on December. From the beginning there was issues. The car had a wheel nut missing in each wheel. I hadn't noticed this until the following day whilst washing the car. Once this was dealt with I used the car for work and straight away I noticed a nasty smell of burning oil coming through the vents that was followed by a gearbox fault on my way home. I contacted the dealer and eventually got them to have the car back to be sorted. Fast forward a week and I collected the car and was told there was no sign of an oil leak and they couldn't find any fault with the gearbox. I carried on using the car hoping this would be the end of the problems, It was not the gearbox is worse than ever and the oil smell remains. I took the car for its mot and asked my mechanic to check the car over. Surprisingly it passed the mot but they discovered the piston rings are gone which is the cause of the smell. Also the gearbox is knackered. I am now faced with a bill for 3000. The same amount I paid for the car. A car I am now stuck with and unable to afford the repairs. So either the dealers never took the car to their mechanic and it just sat for a week or the mechanic should give up as he clearly has no idea what he is doing. I would advise anyone to stay well away from this company as the cars are overpriced junk that would be better sent to scrap!
