I purchased a vauxhall mokka and I have to say that my experience of JA Autos has been fantastic. Alan is very knowledgeable but most importantly he's friendly, approachable, helpful and straightforward. My car has been looked after and any minor issues were picked up straight away by the garage and sorted. I feel very comforted by the warranty and breakdown cover. 100% recommended.

I contacted this car dealer with a view to part exchanging my vehicle which was no ULEZ compliant. From the point of first contact l found the proprietor to be upfront , honest and very welcoming .The whole process was made easy and at no time did l feel pressurised , to the contrary in fact the owner Alan wanted to make sure everything was A1 with the vehicle l was buying. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

Recently bought a car from Alan. I have been really pleased with the car and the service JA autos provided. He said he is a man of his word and I found out he sure is!! The car had a slight problem a month after we purchased it. Alan sorted it without any hassle or hard work. I would definitely recommend and will use again, hopefully not in the near future.

We had to travel a good distance from Leicester to Sutton, but it was worth it. We were well looked after, the Mercedes purchased was just what I wanted and the process was made so easy by Alan who gave us 1st class customer service. We were given a good price for our old car and we were really pleased that Alan even made sure we had enough petrol in the tank to get us home. We would highly recommend purchasing a used car from this show room.

A great experience from start to finish with JA Autos. This is a man who clearly takes pride in his business, and as such the experience from deposit through to collection of the car was fantastic. There were a couple of issues with the car at the point of the pre collection service being carried out, but these were sorted in full by Alan before picking the car up a few weeks later which means I now have an Audi that runs like its new! Couldn't recommend him enough.
