Really impressive its Ardi and Bala, really good communication, the car looks like brand new and I got a Audi as a courtesy car which I wasnt happy with, Ardi sorter a top notch range for me until my car was repaired.

I wish I had never dealt with this company. We booked a service for our 2 year old Jaguar because they were an approved dealer. Service was booked through the Jaguar website and the confirmation email stated it would cost 303.11 When we went to collect the car, we were charged 480. The manager told us we had booked the wrong service and therefore it was our fault. He was very unpleasant and told us to get in touch with Jaguar. We did and Jaguar werent interested. We went back to West Motors who are ignoring all calls and emails . They said they had called and got our permission but I have given them the phone records to prove this is not the case. Dont trust them. The price you are quoted means nothing and their attitude is to shout and bully.

Original visit was a success dealing with Josh & Ellis the sales people for what had subsequently turned out to be a dishonest & dishonourable company run by shortsighted crooks. Bought a Velar (trading in my Sport), garage got the best deal, which was fine - was persuaded to purchase a full service package for which I (foolishly) paid 1,500 in cash, guaranteeing me three full services over 6 years. Sadly my car was stolen after 4 weeks. Both Josh & Ellis stated that I would rightly receive my 1,500 back, but after a week or so nothing Long story short the owners have decided that their policy is not to refund the money paid for services they will never have to carry out. On top of having our car stolen we have been completely ripped off by the company who sold it to us. Avoid this company at all costs. Carry out a search with Companies house. They are an embarrassment to their profession.
