Recently bought a car from car planet . After sales none existent I had to chase them up to see if they had received payment for the vehicle as they asked for payment to be completed before picking up the car days later no customer liaison. Driving car out off their premises control displaying low tyre pressure after emailing the sales team and contacting the sales man who carried out the sale via whats Ap aswell of the issue no response back , at first thought it may have just been a sensor problem tried resetting tyre pressure on control panel over and over after inflating tyre Later taking car to a tyre centre discovering there was a nail in the tyre costing me extra having to buy a new tyre . The car should have been checked before sale of this issue also I was promised a puncture repair kit that was originally in the car to be posted over to me never arrived . Friendly enough people but Im not impressed with the overall experience.
