I bought a car from Anwer and was very happy with his service and friendly manner. After having some minor problem with the car Anwer shared the cost of repair. I recommend cars77 as a friendly , honest company.

The advert was misleading as there was no service history and no minimum 6 months MOT as advertised under the AA dealership promise. The car also didn't have a parking aid as stated or part service history. Despite these warning signs and against my better judgement I decided to purchase the car only to discover that thelights on the dashboard were warning lights and the car had a faulty engine and brake. The dealer advised they would arrange for the car to be fixed however over a week later the car was still not fixed so I requested a refund, however I wasted time and money in the process through insurance changes, tax changes and leaving petrol in the faulty car. I had to travel back and forth to sort out the mess as the dealer would not travel to me despite my request. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Came to purchase my car last year and all went very smoothly! Got a new baby girl now and needed an upgrade for more space. Called cars77 and thanked them very much for the previous buying experience they offered me back in 2016 and informed them if they are willing to trade my current car for a new one. They have agreed to my requests and will be picking up my new car this Friday! On top of that, they offered to collect my current car and have the NEW car delivered to my doorstep. All for FREE! From customer service to the whole experience, I highly recommend!
