I came from France to buy a bmw supposedly in perfect condition, but once in front of the car after 30 minutes of delay from the seller, it's a tragedy, 4 Hs tires, body bumped on each element and the worst an engine knock . And of course he thought I would have to buy. So run away from this garage, it's just wrecks and dishonest sellers.

Liars and thieves. So I bought a 2006 Nissan 350Z from this company in July 2021. The engine light came on almost immediately. The garage dismissed this saying it was a decat. Took it for it's MOT and discovered the bottom was just a mass of rust. Sent pictures and asked for assistance with the bill to fix it. Got the reply "mate, not my religion." Took them to small claims court and was awarded the money. They then argued saying they hadn't received the letter and wanted to properly argue this in court. A telephone court session was arranged but Giuliano Grasso (the manager) did not attend. Based on this, I have again been awarded the money. Nearly two months later and they still haven't paid me. The original number I had doesn't seem to exist and the number he put on the court's forms is a woman's phone who is telling me he has been out of the country for weeks. Strange as I have his signature on the letter I sent recorded delivery last week. They are not answering my calls, texts or e-mails and the court want more money for me to ask them to retrieve the money I am owed with no promise they will get it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY A CAR FROM GIULIANO GRASSO HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. This company has now changed it's name and from what I can see it isn't the first time. Please don't be tricked by these people like I was.

I came in Best Cars for Sale last month. I was welcomed by a young sales representative who very respectfully, after eliciting my needs told me my best shot was to wait for the manager(Guiliano) so I did. He came in shortly after and offered me an option in which I would leave some form of deposit with the concession of him finding me the car I wanted within the milage range I wanted in the color I wanted to which I undoubtedly agreed. As of then, he constantly checked in with me all along up until He actually brought in the car, I am totally satisfied not only with the car itself but also by the way they treated me and made me feel. I find "Best cars for Sale" entirely trustworthy.

All of my purchase story sounds like a joke, as it's impossible to be so unprofessional. I bought a Clio Mk2 for 700 on July 2021. Benjamin, the seller, assured that the car would receive MOT before sale and a 6-month warranty. I payed and we arranged a collection date for 4 days later. One day before the meeting I reminded him of our appointment 'No Problem'. I arrived for the collection: - Benjamin 2 Hours late -Car not ready, not cleaned -MOT failed without letting me know. I asked why he didn't let me know before I did my way to his garage, answer: 'You know now'. I asked for my money back. Benjamin wanted to give me another car instead. I refused and answered that it's this one I wanted and I already registered it with my insurance. Benjamin managed to make me believe that he made the reparation, the MOT passed but we are awaiting the result. I trusted him (what a mistake) and he gives me the keys... Wrong car keys, I came back to his office and he gave me the corresponding keys for the car. I drove the car back home. A month later, I still didn't received the v5c. I texted Benjamin who answered he did it correctly. When I see how he wrote 'Reynauld Celio' on the car keys, I have my doubts. I payed for a new v5c. Now, a year later, my car fail the MOT and all the points he was supposed to repair was still there. Apparently, he knows how to fraud a MOT without having the car checked. Cost of the reparations 400, more than the half of the car... I'm wondering how this guy didn't went bankruptcy with such a little professional consciousness and customer consideration.
