Avoid at all costs. Had fathers car for months and months. Delayed upon delayed from Viveck. " 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks" after a further 3 weeks then another " 2 weeks". My father had then gone abroad for personal reasons, then we get the call the Car is ready and that it will cost 35 a DAY until its picked up, usually we'd accept them dropping it off but we need to check the car as the whole reason the car is when them in the first place is because they caused the bloody problem and had a order a part to replace it. The nerve, they take my bloody stuff in the courtesy car and I have to go pick it up myself to make sure nothing is STOLEN, I can't believe this experience, I've got the CCTV footage to prove it. Walks in- Drives off-. Avoid this place at all costs and especially their service centre.

Absolutely the most disgusting and terrible service. Never ever bring your car here. They've had my fathers car for 6 months. Continous delays after they caused the next fault in the car itself. They have the rudest and worst customer service, he just hung up on me. Viveck has absolutely handled us in the worst way possible. I will be making a full video to describe our experience so everyone avoids this place at all costs. They even just walked onto our driveway, moved our bins onto the street and took the courtesy car without arranging it with us, they EVEN took our STUFF that was still inside the car, Mr Paris the manager had assured me it would be delievered back, and yet it has not. I have evidence of every claim I am making, this is not Slander in the slightest. Please I advise all of you to stay away from this company and its bad practices.
