Tannus International Ltd Head office (No direct sales)

Bought a P Line Brompton for its light weight but it was fitted with Schwalbe One slick tyres which are useless on rough tyre paths. The Tannus Airless Tyres are even lighter ! but with a decent tread and no more pumping up or punctures. Fitting them was challenging but Tannus gave me first class support.

These function as described, fitting is not a diy job. Tannus hq do not advise of despatch, only offer tracking if you ask and blame courier for all. 2 stars because I had to sort out the courier problem, Tannus hq obviously just couldn't be bothered, arrogant reply to emails, slovenly respond to customer inquiries. SAVE YOURSELF ANY HASSLE AND GO TO A DEALER TO PURCHASE AND GET FITTED if you must have this product. A reply after 2 years, customer service benchmark is set!!

I'm a really big fan of the Tannus airless tyres. I started off by fitting one 559 size Tannus tyre to the rear wheel of my bike about 2.5 years ago. I rode that bike for a few months to test the Tannus tyre. I was happy with the performance of the tyre so I then fitted another Tannus tyre to the front wheel. I have since fitted these 559 size Tannus airless tyres to another hybrid bike of mine. Regardless of how many thorns are covering the lanes I routinely cycle along, knowing I can't get punctures is a really great feeling!

Superb company, from customer service to product quality. I have purchased from Tannus multiple times now and each time they have gone above and beyond what I expected.
