        Terrible customer support. They don't respond to emails. When call them, they say to write them email or contact via chat bot. But chat bot is not available on their website! And the matter I am trying to speak with them is urgent and I can not get answers in 5 days already. I guess if you need to get covid test for travel or something like this, you will have a huge trouble.

        Well I appear to have had a very different experience to most posters, I went yesterday pm to the Canary Wharf location with my wife who needed a cpr covid for a weekend flight, she arrived early, was seen straight away and the result was emailed to us at 22.25 last night. Very impressed. We used them at their Moorgate location in April for a 2 day & 8 day test and was happy with their services then as well. Speak as you find.
