Absolute joke Ive put 3 people on plumbing apprenticeships over the years and everyone as gone wrong. JTL need to start thinking of these poor kids coming out school to learn trades. Trying to charge me more money now because one lads failed one exam? Cant believe Ive had to put one star to put this review view up, it doesnt deserve any stars

Absolutely embarrassing that such an organisation has a stangle hold on training/apprenticeships in my area. As an employer I jave first hand experience that From top to bottom (admin to training officers) ALL aspects of the organisation are not fit for purpose. It is such a shame that they are ruining young people's potential careers.

As an employer, we rely on JTL to keep us updated with any issues, as we aren't allowed a contact at the college. We've had nothing but issues & they have poor communication. I'm not really sure what they even do. One apprentice was missing college, which we should have been notified the first time this happened so we could address the situation, but wasn't told until his attendance dropped below 45%, and even then we was only notified of him missing 1 day, it wasn't until we requested an attendance report. We've now just had another issue where a student was advised yesterday his college was cancelled, then it was on again, then cancelled, so he has come to work, and just been told 10 minutes before start time that it's back on again. I thought JTL were supposed to assist our learners, but it seems us, the employer are constantly chasing them to do their job correctly, from ECS card delays, to long enrolments, and the grants we are constantly chasing them for, their communication is shocking.
