        Information was clearly signed around the station . Well lit and clean and tidy.

        Do not trust TFL staff!! Very mixed experience. Paper ticket didn't work in barriers so had to be let through. Dealt with a very unhelpful and snide memebr of staff who tried to get me to take a different train than the one on my ticket - if I had done so, I'd have missed my connection. Thank goodness I know what I'm doing on TFL - more than some TFL staff it seems. If you are going to start giving advice, make sure you know what you are talking about first. In contrast, the staff member on the other side of the station was lovely, quick and efficient. Sadly I cannot give more than 1 star because the first guard almost caused a disaster in my journey.
