Rudest staff at ticket office the guy was arrogant beyond belief my picture had disappeared off my railcard and he would not honour it even though i showed gim my driving licence picture with my name and they want more money and keep there jobs joke

The station could do with a refresh (especially the subway/footbridge!), but there are plenty of services to London and Kent - it's just a shame that they're mostly operated by Southeastern :p It'd be great to have more frequent/consistent Thameslink services, but the station isn't too far from Bromley South which has plenty :3 The bus station also has a large amount of buses serving the local area - overall, a pretty decent station ^^

Desperately in need to install those bird spikes to stop the pigeons from roosting in the platform footbridge - the whole thing is covered in bird droppings!
