Scheduled my visit to view a used Yaris Hybird and Mo was dealing with request. unfortunately, car has been sold by the time. As I happen to saw a similar car in other branch -Milton keyes. Mo arranged to bring the car to Romford after paying my deposit and i liked and confirmed the car on second visit. There was minor dent and paint touchup which requested and Mo arranged it. a few days later, paid the money and collect the car. overall a positive experience.

My last visit was painful. 35mins waiting for a salesman about discuss/ buy a new electric vehicle. I am not satisfied poor explanation about the vehicle. Salesman (Indian) was lazy and he has no intention to sell vehicle.

We have just spent 2 hours in this showroom with every intention of spending 35k plus on a new Toyota CHR. The salesman was reasonably helpful. We had picked out a model and narrowed down colour and were working on availability. We got to the point we wanted some figures to compare with another vehicle we are considering and were given a derisory price for our trade in and a inflated price for the new car because a number of extras we had not even discussed. After the obligatory "I'll ask my manager to see what I can do" was carried out a manager arrived and asked what he could do. I advised I would like them to give me their best offer on the car we had selected taking in to account the part ex. They disappeared back into the office and then sent the salesman out to tell us they wouldn't give us a price as we wouldn't commit to buy it today. The sad thing is we were 80% sold on the CHR and could have paid cash. I'm sure Volvo thank you for the business
