absolutely appalling customer service! very disappointed with my experience! team was rude and didnt acknowledge our presence and when they did they were very careless! told our reservation was for 2:30 and to come back to the desk 5 mins before so we ordered food which took 28 mins for 1 portion of plain chips to arrive so we only just made it back for 2:30 then when we got to the desk we were told that our slot had been taken and we had to wait till 5:30pm which we couldnt do as we had a dinner reservation as it was planned to spend lunch here, and when we said we couldnt make that time the team just stood there like lemons like it wasnt them that had made an error. i kindly asked for a refund as we now had to leave without getting an experience that id paid for in which they did say yes and id receive a notificationi am still yet to receive any notification and am still expecting my refund for their mess up! if i was to come back to try this out i most definitely will not be going to the Wandsworth branch simply because of the disrespectful staff. i apologise but i cannot tolerate rude people.
