Yet again Juan has come up with the goods. Brilliant trip, well executed and organised. Irrespective of the time difference, Juan answered the phone and helped us out with any questions we had. My wife and I have used Juan for a number of trips and each time he manages to organise an impressive and great itinerary. We will have no hesitation in using his services again.

We had an idea of places to visit in Japan (Hiroshima/Kyoto/Osaka/Kanazawa/Tokyo) and All About Tailor-made Travel did arrange all transportation, secured best hotels in best locations and organised local guides in all cities. We saw and learned so much and thanks to their planning skills, we even had time on our last day to head out and see Mount Fuji. This could not have been a better trip and we will certainly use All About Tailor-made Travel again.

We used Juan to book our honeymoon and we honestly couldnt recommend him enough. Wed never been to Cuba or Mexico before but Juans local knowledge meant we stayed in beautiful hotels, ate in fantastic restaurants and saw the best sights throughout the trip. Throughout the booking process we asked for multiple quotes and nothing was ever too much hassle. Juan was always quick to respond and we really felt like he wanted our business. We got a couple of different quotes for comparison and Juan was consistently the cheapest to the point that we couldnt book the same trip for any less if we booked everything separately ourselves. The reassurance that a relatively complicated trip was all booked through a single point of contact gave us huge peace of mind after all the travel disruption during and after Covid. While we were away, Juan was always on hand to help - either by email or WhatsApp - and gave us genuinely unparalleled service throughout. I cant recommend All About Tailor Made Travel enough. Juan is brilliant at his job and a pleasure to deal with too. Without a doubt, well be back in touch for our next trip.

Dealing with Juan is always great, we have booked a few bit trip holidays with him, he is extremely helpful in every way to get you the holiday of your dreams and also very friendly. We have just came back from a 3 week honeymoon which he organised to every detail for us travelling between 9 places and it was organised to perfection. Definitely recommended

We've just returned from a 2 week trip to New York and Costa Rica, and it couldn't have gone better - everything was arranged perfectly by Juan at All About Tailor Made Travel. Flights, transfers, accommodation, suggestions on places to visit - all absolutely amazing. And the patience he showed as we tried to figure out the best itinerary was pretty amazing too :-). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and we're looking forward to using again in the future!
