        I have booked a Kercher pressure washer for pick up from Twickenham branch. My partner went to collect it today , waited 1hr because they had system issues or untrained staff who locked himself out of the system. After waiting 1 hr it turned out that a part was missing from the washer! What a waste of time! Very unhappy customer

        Bad services on website them inform to open 24 hours but never answer phone, just use recorded audio, very worst service, I need information to return equipment but them don't support nothing, bad experience with them!!!
