Ink Stop

I just saw the 1 star reviews about this shop so thought I'd take some time out to leave my review as it's not fair that this shop has only negative comments. I have been buying ink here for years but have now moved to Brighton and am lost now for buying reliable and affordable ink! I have never once experienced back customer service and I have even found then to go out their way to get what I needed.

terrible customer service, the man i i spoke to couldn't be bothered or even interested to help me with an urgent printing requirement- said i had to wait for 3 days to get this done. - obviously this store does not want customers to spend money with them or have any sense of customers needs. for a local business they have no urgency or desire to help ----must be too busy. i cant give a zero rating though as system doesn't allow

Refilled my HP Desk jet cartridge from them and its all fined after less than 2 months . What a lost? Please consider shopping online for bargain than ink refill

Walked in and asked for a simple A4 quality print, before I finshed explaining what I needed, he immediately said he doesn't do things like that. If the shop is listed as a print shop, you should be able to do all printing, especially simple A4 printing.
