The man behind the counter tells me that it hasn't been working for 3 months. Instead of trying to listen to my questions, he simply says, "Not my problem".
I find it appalling that people who sell goods to the public should have such a mercenary unhelpful attitude. Only thing we can do to get rid of them is not support them by buying elsewhere. Avoid this shop if possible and support local business who are helpful and provide a good service I say.
