        Most appalling service EVER! One lady I spoke to seemed ever so lovely and helpful and the other lady who came questioning me about the tiles I was picking seemed to be so rude, frustrated and annoyed for some odd reason. Did not make any sense to me as to why one worker said I was able to take some samples bearing in mind I even asked to pay for them. She literally made me feel little asking me where I was from. Some people are SOOOO miserable for no reason. If you work in customer service act like it.

        Superb Service! Was looked after by Amy Glanville who was knowledgeable in the marble products we required. Went as far as sourcing them from their HQ in USA to help meet our deadlines. Great communication throughout, look forward to repeat business.

        some of the staff where great. But they just ended my account at the drop of a hat due to some technicality. Gutted!

        We build very high quality swimming pools and have used Design Works for a while now, they have great customer service, the reps visits often and the sales team understand everything we require. I would recommend anyone using these guys for tiles, adhesives and grouts from all good suppliers.
