    The customer service representative, Anna, is very rude and unprofessional. Annas tone, language and attitude is appealing based on conversations I have witnessed. I would recommend that Workers and Clients avoid Flexy and use alternative means such as HAPS Or Coople. They do not communicate policies and there terms & conditions are false. It is as if they make up things as they go and expect that everyone is a mind reader to no what is new and/or what has changed. I would say the company is incompetent and needs to be forced to close. Workers, the company will not pay you on time, they discriminate against you by the way you look by cancelling your shifts and offering it to others The onboarding appointment is a job and the communication with the online chat support is a joke!

    Flexy app is fantastic and its staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need help via the in-app messaging tool. The pay rate is great for varied temp jobs compared with other staffing agencies. The app will become much better in time. Always being improved. Thanks to Anna at Flexy, I was able to apply my first temp work during the lockdown. I will be working with Flexy for long term if wanting to find temp or hopefully permanent work. Thank you Flexy! :)
