I've used several managed mobile partners in the past and NGN are by far the best. They get great rates with the networks and provide a fantastic service, with a very responsive support team. I have quarterly catch-ups with our excellent Account Manager, Ibby, and can rely on his immediate support in the rare event we have any technical or billing issues. In 4 years I have yet to escalate a single support ticket to him, which speaks volumes. I highly recommend NGN to any business needing a new mobile partner.
