They still owe me of January 2023 after I stopped using them in December 2022. So much effort to stop using them. It is the worst service I have received from a telephone company. No follow up or continuity of staff and they still owe me January which they took illegally from my account. Avoid at all costs.

As a national company with offices across the country and venturing further a field into Europe etc. Babble have been able to support our growing business from mobile phone estates, desk phone telephony and infrastructure backup solutions. Commercials are good and the support teams are happy to help when you email them. David, Marie, Claire and Trevor are all brilliant and happy to help with whatever requirement we as a business need. The contracts we have have allowed for cost savings to our IT department. The only reason for not 5 stars is that on occasions the backup support team can be slower in responding but generally they get the issue fixed for us.

Ever since babble changed our phone systems we have had nothing but trouble our phones go down daily leaving our staff unable to operate and then when we call we get left on hold for 15/20 minutes as no one is available
