This company does not have a clue to run a free phone system my father required a taxi from Tesco monifieth to ninewells hospital he tried to use the free phone in the store around 18.00 to find out that the company that has the free phone had switched it if at there end and closed there office the store does not close till 22.00 luckily the girl at the desk said she would phone the other company in monifieth and luckily these guys were working I asked for a email reply yet to date not a reply why have a free phone and a supplier in this Tesco store when they go off I thought it would have to supply and demand the customers from opening time to closing time well not transport Inovations I spoke to the owner of the other company he has been very helpful so if you have a contract with transport Inovations you tell them what your doing what time your starting and what time your finishing as contracts does not mean a thing to this lot let your customers wait thank god the other taxi firm was still working I am also writing a letter to Tesco head office and the newspapers about this . One more thing dont let these cowboys in your store for a free phone my father can vouch for this transport Inovation your a total disgrace your not even worth one start all stores please avoid

@T_Innovation they have missold a contract to us. We were told we were going to get approx 100 calls a week and signed up a contract with them. However the reality is that we are getting approx 20% of the volumes promised, but they only offered a 30% reduction. Avoid at all cost. It's a rip off
