Complete Disaster - Our experiences of Exponential-e have been disastrous from the start. The company seems to fail to meet reasonable service levels due to severe issues of internal policies. Hosted voice support is normally available for you several hours after you need it. Sales support is the largest let down I have ever experienced. In every occasion that I have attempted to work with this company I have been let down time and time again, they are unable to achieve targets, unable to communicate with customers effectively, and unable to do what they say they will within the time frames they set out. This company currently sits as the worst organisation I have had to deal with in 12 years of MSP IT Services. The only positive that can be given is that largely the hosted voice platform is stable. However, we did have a 3 day outage recently where the only information provided was 'one of our engineers will eventually call you' they could not provide ANY time scales, days, weeks, months, nothing! There is a single member of the hosted voice support team that stands out, Justin, who I find to be the most helpful and able member providing a level of service that I would expect from a company such as this. (again only hampered by internal procedures that provide huge delays before you even get first contact). My concerns were raised several times over the 2 years we were with them and we had zero progress on any issue.

They invoice you for products which cannot be provisioned and expect you to cover the contract even through they haven't activated services - i would not recommend.

Don't usually write reviews but after 8 years of being with Exponential E must say the premium in costs over their competitors is worth it. Service great as always. Thank you
