        Do not book or use! They left us waiting for over 30 minutes while repeating me telling us a taxi was on the way it was freezing cold and I had three children with me after 35 minutes. Theyve been cancelled even though I had told him repeatedly. I couldve got an Uber but didnt want to get double charged. I found so many times and they lied continuously not only was it dangerous but it was completely unfair. I have not been told I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund! What is the most disgusting customer service they knew from the beginning. There was no can drivers, but just kept us hanging in case. No wonder people are telling away from companies like this and using online services
