        Awful service. Asked for meet and greet waited 15 min's to be told he wasn't informed by the office. Office gave driver a different phone number. Wouldn't use again

        Driver doesn't show up on time. Spoke with call centre and was informed that the driver would call me. Never heard from him. Call centre extremely rude when cancelling order. Do not trust!

        LET ME DOWN DON'T RECOMMEND.This I my honest review. I booked the cab from my house to Airport with them, they have taken the money from my card, got an automated email as booking confimed, but no one turned up. No phone calls regarding if anyone is arriving to pick us up. When I tried to reach them several times, no one picked up the phone. Had to manage with other alternatives. Later I raised a ticket to refund my money but very shockingly got a response saying that I didn't turn up which is completely untrue.Looks like a scam. Please do no fall prey to them.
