Exclusive Airports

Do not use this car service. I ordered a car to pick up my elderly mother at the airport. Jamal / jay at customer service decided to cancel my car when driver was en route, swore at me, shouted at me and verbally abused me whats wrong with you before hanging up. I had to call back before he agreed to send a car to pick up my elderly mother. And then it came almost an hour later. They hire crazy men who try to lord it over you and put the well-being of the elderly at risk. Avoid this like the plague. Service: Limousines

Booked the service twice from airport to London, and the driver is never at the arrivals. We had to contact the office, they say he's on his way, and this results in us 5 waiting for the driver (which should be the other way around really). Service is not cheap so you really expect a much better organisation, also because they state (in their name) that they do exclusively airports' transfers, so should really be more than organised with checking with flights and all. (Our flights have always been on time).

Used the service 2 times From Heathrow to a hotel near Victoria and back The first time the driver was not at the airport. We call him a couple of times to show up. Nevertheless he charged 8 extra due towaiting more than 65 min. The second time I was calling the 24h phone service. They never replied
