If I couldve given minus stars I would. Absolutely terrible service from beginning to end. Do not use this firm. No wonder the country turns to apps rather than local firms if all firms are like this. Terrible driver. Didnt know where he was or where he was going (small place called the 02 in Greenwich), had to direct pretty much all the way, might as well have asked him to sit in the passenger seat as I drove. Upon arrival was told 30 and was told it was a fixed fee, and that I wouldve been told by the controller. I wasnt told. Had I of been told I wouldve paid. It was the attitude of all concerned that bothered me. The first part of the journey (to drop my son off) was 10, the next part of the journey to the 02 was LESS miles than the first part of the journey, but was apparently double the price. For less miles. Madness. No wonder Uber are killing it.
