Richmond Airport Transfers

Disaster. First time user Had an airport pick up and driver didn't show up (this on top of asking for prepayment for pick-up). I had to call them to see what was going on. They blamed the tube strike and didn't even bother calling/messaging me earlier in the morning /evening before to rearrange. They left me hanging and missing my flight. Judging by previous reviews this isn't the first time it happens. I should have listened to those instead of booking this service of what was optically cheaper . Avoid.

Not even worth 1 star. Terrible service. Booked for a drop to terminal 5 and didnt show. Very stressful When your going to a airport!!!! Dont bother. Use another service.

Picked up on time for travel to Heathrow and return 12 days later. Reasonable rates and courteous drivers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Used the company to get to the airport and driver was OK, although the driver was quite heavy footed with the brake. On the way back, we waited at the airport for pick up and the driver was over 30minutes late but more importantly, the driver drove very dangerously and illegally- he ran several red lights, was speeding, constantly braking and accelerating and swerving between lanes. Please do not use this service if you value your safety.
