        My driver arrived 30 minutes later than the pre-agreed pick up time and I was only informed they were actually en route after chasing up the main office twice by phone. Got an apology but no reduced goodwill fee was offered for wasting my time which is a shame as its such a simple way to show true accountability and helps rectify mistakes. The driver was pleasant and the service was fine, however I CANNOT rate or recommend a taxi firm that cant run to time! Being late is one thing but at least keep people informed. Its basic courtesy which is crucial in the service industry! I will not use Sheen Cars and Couriers again.
