wouldn't accept a short journey even with an hours notice as not enough profit! Speechless.

Shame I had to select one star - zero isnt an option. Arranged airport collection from Heathrow, confirmed the same morning and reconfirmed flight number. Driver lied about being 10 mins away (I could track him) and then admitted he was nowhere near the airport as he looked at the date instead of the time had to get the train home at 10pm on a Saturday night all the way across London. Booked again as stupidly assumed that was a one off as had used ACX before without trouble. This time Gatwick collection. Confirmed booking 1.5hrs before collection. Driver said he was 10 mins away, 35 mins later still waiting and he said again 10 mins then admitted at least 20 more minutes. Not what you need when travelling home from the airport. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - COWBOYS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Theyre cheaper for a reason!!!

Efficient, turned up on time, polite and friendly taxi driver. Appreciated being able to call for a taxi and get it within 15 minutes.
